Excellence Aviation Services Ltd. was established in June 2000, when
Colin Solley, who was determined to start his own business, left his
previous post after 10 years working as a Director of Maintenance for
a private flight department.
Colin’s decision to work independently was driven by a recognition of
the lack of passion and care observed at most maintenance facilities.
An additional contributing factor for the creation of Excellence
Aviation Services Ltd. was the noticeable need for out of hours.
