AJ Yearnshire Plumbing and Heating

AJ Yearnshire Plumbing & Heating is a long-established family business providing professional boiler installation, boiler servicing, plumbing and heating services across Amble, Morpeth, Alnwick and surrounding areas of Northumberland. Established in 1991 and led by Steven, who has over 30 years of hands-on experience, the business combines traditional customer service with modern heating expertise to provide reliable and cost-effective solutions for local homeowners and landlords.

Boiler installation and replacement are at the heart of our services, with extensive experience across gas, LPG, oil and electric boiler systems. We install new and replacement boilers, including modern condensing, combi and standard systems, and work with recognised manufacturers including ATAG, Baxi, Alpha and Worcester, alongside oil boiler systems from Warmflow, Navien, Worcester and Grant. Depending on the chosen boiler and manufacturer, systems are available with manufacturer warranties ranging from 5 to 18 years.

We also specialise in boiler servicing and maintenance, helping customers keep gas, LPG, oil and electric boiler systems operating safely and reliably. Our services include annual boiler servicing, boiler repairs and fault finding, landlord boiler servicing and CP12 gas safety certificates. Wider heating services include central heating upgrades and repairs, power flushing, magnetic heating filters, thermostatic radiator valves, unvented cylinders and treatment for cold spots caused by sludge and poor circulation within radiator systems.

Based in Amble, AJ Yearnshire Plumbing & Heating covers approximately a 25-mile radius, regularly serving customers throughout Morpeth, Alnwick, Felton, Swarland, Shilbottle, Warkworth, Rothbury, Beadnell, Seahouses and surrounding Northumberland communities. Our wider services include domestic plumbing, bathroom design and installation, sanitary ware, oil tanks, gas fires and carbon monoxide detectors. From routine boiler servicing to complete new boiler installations and central heating upgrades, customers can rely on an experienced local plumbing and heating company established in Northumberland for more than three decades.
