Description
Bevacizumab injection is used in the treatment of cancer cells such as brain tumors, and lung, colorectal, cervical, and ovarian cancer. Bevacizumab 400g injection slows down the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and does not allow VEGF to interact with its receptor on the surface of endothelial cells. If VEGF interacts with its receptor leads to cell proliferation and new blood vessel formation in in-vitro models of angiogenesis. Pregnant women are not advised to take this injection.
