London Ocd Therapy Centre

London OCD Therapy Centre is a specialist service for people living with obsessive-compulsive disorder, based at 9 Coldbath Square in Clerkenwell, a short walk from Farringdon station. The centre is led by Iris Tennur Katgi, Founder and Clinical Director and a BACP accredited psychotherapist, and brings together a team of 8+ OCD specialists in London, including CBT therapists, psychotherapists and a chartered counselling psychologist, registered with professional bodies such as the BABCP, BACP, HCPC and BPS. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) sits at the heart of treatment, alongside CBT for OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. The team supports every type of OCD, including harm OCD, relationship OCD, contamination OCD, Pure O, scrupulosity and health anxiety, as well as complex OCD presentations. Rather than offering generic talking therapy, an experienced clinician reviews every enquiry and matches each client with the therapist and approach that best suit them. Clients can choose in-person ERP therapy in London or online OCD therapy from anywhere in the UK and worldwide, with evening and weekend appointments available, and receive warm, expert and evidence-based support every step of the way.
