Applicants need a passport valid for at least three months past arrival, a recent colour photo against a plain background, and a letter confirming the business purpose — an invitation, meeting confirmation, or partnership document naming the traveller and host organisation. Select nationalities must also submit a residence permit or valid multiple-entry visa. Processing generally takes a few working days, with faster paid options available. Self-employed travellers can apply too, provided they show proof of business activity.
