About us:
Jones & Young are independent, whole-of-market mortgage brokers based in Petersfield, Hampshire, working with clients across the UK. The firm specialises in mortgages for the self-employed: CIS subcontractors assessed on gross pay from as little as three months of statements, limited company directors borrowing against salary plus net profit rather than forced dividends, new businesses with one year of accounts, and contractors paid on day rates. Founded in 2021 by Mark Jones and Richard Young, both CeMAP qualified with over 40 years’ combined experience, the team places around 350 cases a year and holds 78 five-star Google reviews.
