Rosie's Space
Rosie’s Space is a specialised sanctuary based in Northern Ireland and available worldwide, delivering restorative, trauma-informed hypnotherapy and somatic breathwork therapy. Founded by Rosie Maguire, a certified practitioner and conscious connected breathwork (CCB) facilitator, the practice pioneers BreathTrance—a powerful synergy of somatic healing and solution-focused hypnotherapy online.
Rather than revisiting past pain, Rosie works from the principle that you already possess the resources required to heal. BreathTrance accesses the deeper mind through two unified gateways: somatic emotional release via circular, connected breathing and cognitive reframing via subconscious reprogramming & hypnotherapy.
By blending clinically backed nervous system regulation techniques with guided somatic release, sessions help dismantle chronic “fight-or-flight” patterns, relieve physical bracing, and quiet persistent anxiety.
