SMF Capital is a UK recruitment firm specialising in Senior Manager Function (SMF) appointments at FCA and PRA-regulated firms. We recruit compliance officers (SMF16), MLROs (SMF17), combined compliance officer and MLRO roles, CFOs, chief risk officers, chief executives, chairs and non-executive directors.
We work with banks and building societies, payments and e-money institutions, wealth and investment managers, insurers, consumer credit firms and cryptoasset businesses. Our services cover permanent, interim and fractional appointments, urgent cover when a Senior Manager leaves, and the senior team needed for a new FCA authorisation.
